TINMAN TRIATHLON 6/19/2010

Jason Whitus, Junction City, Kansas,  Captain United States Army, with 18 years service, competed in the Tinman Tri, wearing the PAC colors.  Jason is a 10 year cancer survivor and was told at his diagnosis that his lungs would be scarred from his treatments,  making cadio activity impossible.  He was inspired by Lance’s survival and comeback to cycling.  He started running and completed his first marathon within 2 years of his last chemo treatment and is an avid runner.  He has added swimming and cycling to his routine and completed his first Triathlon this year and is forever hooked on Cycling.  Congratulations to Jason and thanks for representing the PAC and more importantly serving our Country.
